Domain and hosting
The domain is registered with ALL-INKL; website hosting is provided by STRATO. The hosting provider receives the technical connection data described in the website access section to deliver the website. Domain registration does not send form entries to the registrar.
Website access
To deliver this website, the web server processes your IP address, time and requested URL and technical information sent by your browser, such as browser type and, where provided, the referring page. These data support delivery, troubleshooting and protection against attacks. The basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation. Technical logs are retained only as needed for operation, troubleshooting or investigation of specific security incidents, then deleted or anonymised.
Preparing and downloading an enquiry
The form processes your name, company, email, optional phone number, sector and message in your browser memory. It does not send your entries to us or store them in cookies or persistent browser storage. Processing in the app ends when you reset or leave the page. A downloaded text file remains on your device until you delete it. Required entries are necessary only to prepare the file you request; without them no file can be created. The basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for your own contractual enquiry, otherwise Article 6(1)(f), our interest in providing the requested enquiry preparation. Acknowledging the privacy notice is not consent to advertising.
Email and phone contact
If you send us a message or the downloaded enquiry yourself, or call us, we process your contact details and communication to address your request. The basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract; for other matters Article 6(1)(f), our interest in answering communications. Communications no longer needed are deleted after the matter is closed, unless statutory retention duties or necessary preservation of evidence apply. Processing is then restricted to that purpose; statutory retention is based on Article 6(1)(c).
Recipients and external content
Hosting and communications providers involved in technical operation may receive data as necessary for their tasks. Processors are engaged under GDPR Article 28. Authorities or legal advisers receive data only where legally required or necessary to pursue legal rights. Images and fonts are served by this website; page visits do not load Google Fonts, analytics or advertising services. The website does not initiate transfers to such services in third countries. External links are subject to the respective provider’s privacy notice. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent given may be withdrawn for the future. Contact info@ergofylax.com. We normally respond within one month; we explain any legally permitted extension. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Hellenic Data Protection Authority: Kifisias 1–3, 11523 Athens, www.dpa.gr, complaints@dpa.gr. You do not have to contact us first.
